As GM, Brock guides the vision and strategy for Kingsley Lakeside Village.

He ensures a safe and secure setting and encourages the positive lifestyle and relationships that the Residents deserve. Key to delivering this positive environment, is the management and development of a highly effective team and providing an organisational structure that supports them.

Brock is responsible for the annual business plan, overseeing financials and ensures compliance with regulatory bodies.

Village Operations Manager

Mandy brings over 10 years of Retirement Village management experience to Kingsley Lakeside, where she has found her niche in the rewarding retirement living sector. She is committed to offering professional support to residents and their families, ensuring a smooth and positive transition during this significant life stage.

 

Known for her ability to build meaningful connections, Mandy is known for her expertise, empathy and understanding. Her dedication and approachability make her an invaluable member of the Kingsley Lakeside Village management team.

Sales Executive

Kim is responsible for sales at Kingsley and can answer all your property related questions. Having spent over 20 years in the industry and the last five years in retirement village sales, Kim knows real estate inside out. She is adept at juggling many varied tasks and you will only benefit from her knowledge and efficiency.

 

As well as helping you find the right property, as a registered sales person she can assist with selling an existing property. This provides a one person contact and seamless process, helping to make the move into our retirement village as smooth as possible.
